Our company Dionisiou Real Estate owns and rents apartments in Paralia Dionisiou Beach and Nea Moudania in Halkidiki – Greece.
We are happy to announce early booking promotion discount for your holidays in our apartments. We offer 10% discount if you make a reservation till 28 of February 2013 for any periods of reservation! The offer is valid for all our apartments.
If you want to get 10% discount for early booking promotion for 2013 season, please send us a request to check the availability of the apartment which you liked for your dates. After we confirm the availability we will send you bank account details for 30% prepayment. When we receive the deposit we will send you the confirmation.
Besides 10% discount you have the opportunity to have an apartment with sea view balcony without additional charge. Hurry up: the quantity of apartments with sea view is restricted!

1. The complex of apartments Dionisos 4.
Dionisos 4 building is located only 80 meters from the beach. There are studios for 2 persons and apartments for 3 and 4 persons. Entertainment TV room, ping-pong, billiards, fussball, barbeque, and wi-fi on the ground floor are available for free.
The apartments are located 150 meters from the beach and have 1 or 2 bedrooms. It is an ideal choice for long stay for people who needs large kitchen and washing machine in the apartment.
The studios consist of bedroom with a kitchen and are located on the front sea road with seaview balconies.
Large apartment which consists of 2 bedrooms, living room and a separate kitchen with sea view.
1. Dionisos Apartments in Nea Moudania
For those who want to enjoy great sea and beach but to be close to the town with its infrastructure. The apartment consists of a bedroom and a living room with a kitchen.
