Description
Eleonas apartments are located in one of the highest parts of Nea Moudania only 150 meters from the wide sandy beach which has Blue Flag.
There are 10 apartments in the building which we offer for rent: on the ground, 1st and 2nd floors.
All apartments have hairdryer, safe box, iron, moscuitto nets on the windows, refrigirator, oven, microvawe oven, electric kettle, toaster and all necessary kitchenware.
There are 2 washing machines, clothes dry hanger, iron and ironing board in the storage room of the building for convenience of our guests free of charge.
There is free wi-fi in the apartments.
There is a barbeque for communal use and a children’s playgound (trampoline, swings for babies and children, see-saws etc.) in the backside of the garden for our guests.
There is a lounge room on the ground floor, where guests can have a rest waiting for their room to be ready if they have early arrival or late departure. There is a sofa, arm-chairs, table, TV, a bathroom with a shower, wc, washing machine, a storage room for suitcases and wi-fi for convinience of our guests.
The building is located in a quite area of Nea Moudania near the beach, but closeness of Nea Moudania allows you to use all the infrastructure of the town. Chains of supermarkets, taverns, beach bars are about 150 meters from the apartments. Close by the building there is a bus stop, sea museum, tennis court and nice children’s playground by the seaside which is open throoghout the year.
Bed linen, towels and refreshing apartment are made every 5 days.
We provide baby cots for our young guests at no extra cost.
Check in time – 14.00, check out time – 12.00.
The A category apartments consist of a bedroom with double French bed (except 102 which is 2 single beds together), a living room-kitchen with 1 sofa plus 1 sliding sofa-bed for 2 persons or 2 sofas. Each apartment is about 40-45 sq. meters with a balcony (10-12 sq. meters) with table and chairs, a nice view of the city and sea or the olive field and hills of the area. There are 2 air conditions and 2 TV in each apartment: 1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom.
The B category apartments consist of a bedroom with 2 single beds together (except 104 which is double French bed), a living room-kitchen with 1 sofa plus 1 sliding sofa-bed for 2 persons. Each apartment is about 40 sq. meters with a balcony (10 sq. meters), a nice view of the city and sea with table and chairs. There is 1 air condition and 1 TV in the living room.
