The office of our company is located in the center of Paralia Dionisiou Beach, only 47 km from the airport of Thessaloniki, at the beginning of Halkidiki. Nea Moudania town is only 3 km from our office from where there is the intersection to the 3 fingers of Halkidiki: touristic Kassandra and picturesque Sithonia. We don’t offer properties for the whole of Greece, we live and work only in Halkidiki which we know perfectly and can help u with any information needed.

We collect all the properties on our own; we visit them, take pictures and make true and honest evaluations and descriptions. We are responsible for our offers. We offer objects at wide price range: from cheap studios to luxury villas in front of the sea.

We provide individual service

Our company provides full package of services: from consulting to the keys from your new property. We offer service and individual approach to each customer. We provide confirmations for visas, transfers from/to the airport, consulting, accommodation, visits to the properties, negotiations with the sellers,  lawyer and notary issues.
