Villa Panorama Nea Moudania

Luxury Panorama villa is located in an elite area of Nea Moudania called Eleonas on the hill opposite wide sandy beach marked Blue Flag. The villa is 2^nd property to the beach and has a direct access to the beach.

There are 3 floors in the villa.

There is a living room on the ground floor with a fireplace, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave oven, kettle, mixer, coffee-maker and all necessary kitchen utensils. Also there are washing machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, wi-fi, satellite TV, DVD for convenience of the guests. There is aircondition in the living room. There is a veranda with a sea, Kassandra and Olympus view and a garden with a garden furniture in front of the house.

The 1^st floor consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds and airconditions, a 3^rd small bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom with a bath and 2 balconies. There is a great sea view from all the rooms except a small one.

Half underground floor consists of 2 bedrooms (there is a double bed in one of them and double bed and a sofa in 2^nd), a living room with a table and chairs and 2 extra single sofas and a bathroom. There is aircondition in the living room. There is a separate entrance to the underground floor from outside.

Thera are moscuitto nets on all the windows.

There is a private parking for few cars and barbeque.
