Description
Family apartments are located in the center of Paralia Dionisiou Beach, Halkidiki, Greece 150 meters from the wide sandy beach.
The building has closed garden with barbeque, tables and chairs. There is a supermarket in another part of the building. All apartments have free wi-fi. The apartments are located on the 1st and 2nd floors.
Bed linen, towels and refreshing apartment are made every 5 days.
We provide baby cots for our young guests at no extra cost.
Check in time – 14.00, check out time – 12.00.
The guests of Family apartment may use all the infrastructure of our complex Dionisos which is 200 meters from the building free of charge (billiard, ping-pong, table football).
The apartment on the 1st floor with 1 bedroom (apartment 102) consists of 1 bedroom with double French bed, a kitchen with an expanding sofa bed for 2 persons and a bathroom with shower and wc. Besides a balcony with internal garden view there is a huge veranda with a table and chairs. There is air condition in the apartment, TV, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, safe box, large oven, microwave oven, electric kettle and all necessary kitchenware. There are mosquito nets on the windows. The approximate size of the apartment is 35 sq. meters.

The apartment on the 1st floor with 1 bedroom and children’s area (apartment 101) consists of 1 bedroom with double French bed, an area with 2 beds, a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom with a bath and wc. There are 2 sofas in the living room. There are 2 air conditions in the apartment, TV, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, safe box, large oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, electric kettle and all necessary kitchenware. There are mosquito nets on the windows. There is a balcony with a table and chairs. The approximate size of the apartment is 50 sq. meters.

The apartment on the 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms (apartment 201) consists of 1 bedroom with double French bed, one bedroom with 2 beds, a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and wc. There are 2 sofas in the living room. There are 2 air conditions in the apartment, TV, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, safe box, large oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster and all necessary kitchenware. There are mosquito nets on the windows. There is a huge corner balcony with a table and chairs and a sunshade tent. The approximate size of the apartment is 70 sq. meters.
