There will be built a house with 1 bedroom apartments on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms maisonettes on the 1st and mansard floors.

There are 10 maisonettes for sale on the 1st and mansard floors.

The 1st floor consists of a living room with a kitchen, wc and 2 balconies. The mansard floor consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and 2 balconies.

The maisonettes  are 82 sq. meters (1st floor – 40 sq. meters and 42 sq. meters – 2nd floor) plus basement-storage room 25 sq. meters.

There is a private plot for each maisonette behind the building appr. 19 sq. meters where the owners can put barbeque. There is a parking 15 sq. meters in front of the building.
