New apartments for rent in Nea Moudania, Halkidiki, Greece
We launched new apartments for rent in Nea Moudania in season 2012.
The apartments are located in a great quite area of Nea Moudania only 150 meters from the wide sandy beach.
There are 2 apartments in the building which we offer for rent: on the 1st and 2nd floors. Each apartment consists of a bedroom with French bed and a living room with kitchen and 2 expanding sofa beds for 2 persons. Each apartment is about 45 sq. meters with a large balcony with nice view. There is 1 air condition in each room, hairdryer, oven, electric kettle, TV and all necessary kitchenware.
There is a barbeque for communal use.
The building is located in a quite area of Nea Moudania, but closeness of Nea Moudania allows you to use all the infrastructure of the town. Chains of supermarkets are from 150 meters from the apartment. Near the building there is a bus stop, tennis court, nice playground by the seaside and sea museum.
The prices for 2012 season are:
May and October – 1000 euro per month (or 35 euro per night)
June and September – 1400 euro per month (or 45 euro per night)
July and August – 1860 euro per month (or 60 euro per night).
The apartments are waiting for the first guests in 2012!
