The ground floor (60 sq. meters) consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The 1st floor (26 sq. meters) consists of a small kitchen and a living room with a fireplace, the 2nd floor (26 sq. meters) consists of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There are 2 balconies  with a sea view.

The house needs renovation. 

Nikiti is a popular greek village (Sithonia, Halkdiki) which is visited by many tourists during the summer season. It is well known for its picturescue landscapes, pine forests, nice beaches and honey production.
