Greek Property Market Continues to Grow in 2025

According to the latest data from , in the first quarter of 2025 apartment prices in the country increased on average by 6.8% over the year.

At the same time, the difference between segments remains: new apartments rose by 8.0%, while resale properties increased by 6.0%, reflecting stronger demand for modern residential complexes.

A similar trend is also observed for properties in Halkidiki, where prices for resort properties continue to grow, and the market remains active.

Against this background, modern properties continue to grow in price faster, while the secondary market remains more affordable. Overall, the Greek real estate market continues to show steady growth, while the pace of price increases is gradually stabilizing.
