Boats trips from Thessaloniki
Three boats are about to return to Thermaikos Bay, to serve thousands of passengers in the pilot program of marine transport.
They are in fact, small passenger boats which will run regularly, everyday from mid-May, offering to the residents and visitors of Thessaloniki, an alternative way to travel.
The “Konstantis”, the “Saint George” and “Thermaikos 1” will make routes from the port of Thessaloniki to Thermaikos Gulf east coast. This year, it is very likely that Kalamaria will be included as one of the stops, while one new station is rumored to be Agia Triada.
The regular stops from May to October will be: The port of Thessaloniki -White Tower – Kalamaria – Perea – Nei epivates – Agia Triada.
Last year, 40.000 passengers were carried with these boats, with the majority of them being tourists who were spending their summer holidays in the city of Thessaloniki.
