Description
Elia building is located only 150 meters from the beach in Paralia Dionisiou Beach, Halkidiki, Greece.
There are studios for 2 persons, apartments for 2 and 3 persons with 1 bedroom, apartments for 4 persons with 2 bedrooms and apartment with 3 bedrooms for 8 persons in Elia complex. All apartments are with air-conditions, TV, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower with hairdryer and a balcony with table and chairs. There is wi-fi free of charge in all the rooms and in recreation area on the ground floor.
The ground floor consists of an open area for relaxation which includes tables and chairs, barbeque, wc and a shower.
Baby cots are available on request free of charge for our young guests.
For the convinience of the guests there is an iron free of charge in the storage room on the ground floor. Washing machine is available for extra payment (5 euro per wash).
Bed linen, towels and refreshing apartment are made every 5 days.
Check in time – 14.00, check out time – 12.00.
Studio for 2 persons in Elia apartments consists of 1 room with 2 beds or double french bed and a kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary dishes, small refrigerator, cooker and electric kettle. There is aircondition and TV in the room. There is a bathroom with hairdryer and a balcony with table and chairs. The size of each studio is 20 sq. meters.
Prices (euro, per night): May – 40, June – 45, July – 50, August – 55, September – 45.
Apartments for 2 persons in Elia complex consist of 1 bedroom with 2 beds or a double bed and a separate kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary dishes, refrigerator, oven and electric kettle. There is air condition in the room. All apartments have their own balcony with a table and chairs and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. The size of the apartment is 25 sq. meters.
Prices (euro, per night): May – 45, June – 50, July – 55, August – 60, September – 50.
Apartments for 3 persons in Elia complex consist of 1 bedroom with double beds and a separate kitchen with an extra bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary dishes, refrigerator, oven and electric kettle. There is air condition in the room. All apartments have their own balcony with a table and chairs and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. The size of the apartment is 30 sq. meters.
Prices for 3 persons (euro, per night): May – 50, June – 60, July – 65, August – 70, September – 60.
Apartments for 4 persons in Elia complex consist of 2 bedrooms (there is a double french bed in one of the bedrooms and 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom) and a separate kitchen. There is an extra bed in the kitchen in the apartments for 5 guests. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary dishes, refrigerator, oven and electric kettle. There are 2 air-conditions (in the bedrooms). All apartments have their own balcony with a table and chairs and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. The size of the apartment is 40 sq. meters.
The apartment for up to 8 persons in Elia complex consist of 3 bedrooms (there is a double french bed in one of the bedrooms and 2 double beds in 2 other bedroom) and a separate kitchen with a sofa with extra sliding bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary dishes, refrigerator, oven and electric kettle. There are 4 air-conditions in each room. There is a balcony with a table and chairs and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. The size of the apartment is 70 sq. meters.
