The apartment complex is located in a suburbs of a popular tourist village Vourvour0u 800 meters from the fantastic sandy beach.

The construction was started in 2013, but it wasn’t finished. The complex consists of 5 maisonettes (90 sq. meters each). There are 3 floors in each maisonetta.
