Description
Central apartments are located in the center of Paralia Dionisiou Beach in the main square. The distance to the beach is only 150 meters!
We offer 3 apartments for rent on the 1st floor. Each apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. There are 2 beds in each bedroom and extra sliding bed in one of the bedrooms. The approximate size of the apartment is 40-50 sq. meters. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 persons.
All the apartments are equipped with 2 air conditions (in the bedrooms),TV, safe box, washing machine, hairdryer and an iron with portable ironing board. The kitchen is equipped with electrical appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, electric kettle) and all necessary kitchenware.
From all the apartment balconies there is a view to the central square and park of Dionisiou Beach and there is a great sea view from the corner apartment. There is a table, chairs and umbrella on each balcony for comfort of our guests.
There is high speed wi-fi in all the apartments.
The ground floor consists of an open area for relaxation which includes tables and chairs, barbeque, wc, tv, ping-pong, billiard and table football. Parking is easy and safe around the complex.
Baby cots and baby chairs are available on request free of charge for our young guests. There is a possibility to rent baby trolleys (1 euro per day).
Bed linen, towels and refreshing apartment are made every 5 days.
We offer rackets for ping-pong and beach tennis to our guests free of charge in our office.

The building with Central apartments is located in the heart of an authentic Greek village Paralia Dionisiou Beach. In front of the apartments, there is the most favorable place for children in our village: sweet shop with a great choice of cakes, ice cream and Greek sweets. Very close to our Central apartments there is a bakery shop, restaurant with traditional Greek gyros, café with traditional Greek pie Bougatsa, pharmacy, kiosk, minimarket and a very modern and safe children’s playground, also there is a private playground with trampolines and attractions. Our office is located very close by also where we will be happy to help you and answer all your questions!
