Description
Dionisos building is located only 80 meters from the beach in Paralia Dionisiou Beach, Halkidiki, Greece.
There are studios for 2 persons and apartments for 3 and 4 persons in Dionisos. All apartments in Dionisos are with air-condition, satellite TV, safe box and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower cabin with hairdryer and balcony with table, chairs and sunshade tents. There is wi-fi free of charge in all the rooms and in recreation area on the ground floor.
The ground floor consists of an open area for relaxation which includes tables and chairs, barbeque, wc, shower and children’s playground with trampoline and swings and also a closed area with tables and chairs, tv, ping-pong, billiard and table football.
For the convinience of our guests there is an iron free of charge in the storage room on the ground floor. Washing machine is available for extra payment (5 euro per wash).
Baby cots are available on request free of charge for our young guests.
Bed linen, towels and refreshing apartment are made every 5 days.
We offer rackets for ping-pong and beach tennis to our guests free of charge.
Check in time – 14.00, check out time – 12.00.
Studio for 2-3 persons in Dionisos apartments consists of 1 room with 2 beds or double french bed and a kitchen area. Some of the studios has a sliding bed for a 3rd person. There is a bathroom with shower cabin and a hairdryer and a balcony with table, chairs and sunshade tents in each studio (some studios have sea view). The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary dishes, refrigerator, cooker and electric kettle. There is aircondition, flat screen TV and safe box in the room. The size of each studio is from 15 to 19 sq. meters.

Apartments for up to 4 persons in Dionisos apartments consist of 1 bedroom with 2 beds or french double bed and separate room with a bed or a sofa bed with an extra sliding bed and a kitchen. All apartments have their own balcony with a table, chairs and sunshade tent (some apartments have sea view) and a bathroom with a shower cabin and hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary dishes, refrigerator, cooker and electric kettle. There is air-condition and safe box in the room. The approximate size of the apartment is 25 sq. meters.
